Terms of Service
Purchase and Delivery – DOMESTIC
- All requests are subject to a return verification process of seven (7) working days.
- Pink Muhly Ltd. Co reserves the right to limit or decline returns for refund or exchange regardless of whether the customer has a receipt.
- Pink Muhly Ltd. Co reserves the right to change their return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice.
- Pink Muhly Ltd. Co reserves the right not to refund and/or exchange the damaged goods (broken, dented, scratched, washed, burned, and other signs of damage).
- Pink Muhly Ltd. Co. insures each purchase while it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer’s delivery address. The company requires a signature/photos/video for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased items passes to the customer.
- Pink Muhly Ltd. Co does not consider damaged items caused by a third party, such as the courier and other delivery methods, faulty.
- Pink Muhly Ltd. Co is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination or courier.
Purchase and Delivery – INTERNATIONAL
- All sales are final for orders outside of the Philippines.
- Pink Muhly Ltd. Co is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance processes of the destination.
Payment Policy
- Payment can be made by selected credit cards, bank transfer, digital banking services, and any other methods advertised on the website.
- Payment will be debited and cleared from the customer’s account upon dispatch of their order.
- All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal, Moneybookers, and/or Smart Money.
- All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer’s payment card refuses to authorize payment to Pink Muhly Ltd. Co, the company will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Only product/s that meet the following criteria are eligible for refund/exchange:
- Must have been purchased directly from the Pink Muhly website (www.pinkmuhly.com)
- Must be unused and in their original package
- The reason for refund/exchange must only be either of the following:
- Delivery of wrong product/s
- Delivery of damaged product/s

Product/s that fall under any of the items in the list below are not eligible for refund/exchange:
- Product/s damaged by fire, water, smoke, or other influences beyond the company’s control
- Product/s not purchased directly from the Pink Muhly website (www.pinkmuhly.com)
- Product/s that were delivered in error but not reported within seven (7) working days
Pink Muhly will process the refund/exchange within seven (7) working days after the acknowledgment of the request, except in instances of force majeure wherein the process can take longer.
Process – Refund
- The customer will receive an email from the company once their request for a refund is approved or declined.
- Once approved, the customer must ship the product/s to the following address within five (5) days: Door 203 LDL Commercial Bldg., corner Amazon St. Bacaca Road, Davao City, Philippines, 8000.
- The customer must initially shoulder the shipment charges and take full responsibility for the risk of loss on all return shipments.
- If the company is proven accountable for returned product/s, shipment charges are also subject to refund, provided that the customer submits an official receipt to the company. Otherwise, no refund for shipment charges shall be issued.
- Upon receipt of the product/s, the company shall process the refund within five (5) days based on the customer’s preferred mode of payment.
Process – Exchange
- The customer will receive an email from the company once their request for an exchange is approved or declined.
- Once approved, the customer must ship the product/s to the following address within three (3) days: Door 203 LDL Commercial Bldg., corner Amazon St. Bacaca Road, Davao City, Philippines 8000.
- The customer must initially shoulder the shipment charges and take full responsibility for the risk of loss on all return shipments.
- If the company is proven accountable for returned product/s, shipment charges are subject to refund, provided that the customer submits an official receipt to the company.
- Upon receipt of the product/s, the company shall process the exchange of the same product/s within five (5) days.
